"This place had warm service and delicious burgers!! I was able to get a veggie burger and they even had non-dairy cheese! My tummy thanks them for a lactose free dinner! The fries and onion rings were delicious too!"

"Tried them for the first time Friday 08-11-23. Wonderful burgers! Some of the best the wife and I have had for a couple years. Order process is interesting and a little complex, but was walked though with ease. Very patient staff. Very busy, but it was lunch time. Be patient, it's worth it! Fat fries were great too. Should have got fry sauce, but were warm and soft. Would make great chili cheese fries at home. Definitely will be back!"

"I had the veggie burger Patty and it was just as good as the real burger Patty. Very happy it had the veggie option if you are a full vegan. "I grabbed a meal from here to-go about a year ago. The food was excellent but I was put off by the rude staff and the manager at the time charging me more than the price listed on the menu board. When I asked why back then, he told me that pricing didn’t go off what was posted on the board, which I found odd. I was a bit hesitant to return, but found my way back today. COMPLETELY opposite experience. The staff were kind and courteous. Very pleasant and efficient. The manager was awesome! Got my order down to a tee, checked on me often, made sure I had everything I needed… just everything you’d hope for in a restaurant experience. Oh, and the food is still amazing! So I will add this into my visits more frequently going forward. Probably the best burger I’ve had in the Fairbanks area!"

"ONLY GO IN THE EVENINGS FOR GOOD SERVICE. This is one of the best burgers in Fairbanks. Possibly the best. I’ve always gone in the evening for dinner. The staff is normally happy and joking around with each other, creating a relaxed atmosphere. I went in for lunch one day, the staff seemed to be stressed. The lady (I guess the owner/manager, white, 5 feet tall, with black Oakley glasses) who took my order tried to up sell me on getting a meal, instead of just a burger. She got annoyed when I turned it down. Her attitude and service almost turned me away, but their burgers are good enough to keep me coming back. I now only go in the evenings and have had only good service so far."

"It was okay for me. I liked the sweet potato fries. The burger was alright. It was bit bitter from the burnt parts on the patty. I got it large fatburger with "the works" and cheese. I should have added additional toppings. My partner got the xxxl fatburger with "the works" and cheese. He liked it a lot."
